Let's get started by talking....on this call we'll talk through the things you find most challenging and most importantly, we'll get you moving forward and feeling more positive right away.
This is a 6-week course involving 6 one-to-one sessions of 60mins with me. The sessions cover 1) your relationship with food & any issues you have identified 2) your beliefs around food & where they have come from / how they impact your eating habits 3) the different types of hunger you might be trying to satisfy through food & how they might be satisfied in other ways & 4) your plan going forward.
The content is always flexible depending on what comes up as we go along.
Then, if you want to go into more detail, you can add on further sessions as you choose.
This programme is over 8 weeks and covers all aspects of body confidence.
These include looking at what body image is, why it matters and how to improve it. We also look at your relationship with food, your core beliefs about yourself, your deepest desires, the importance of self-care and how to deal with the social pressures around body confidence.
The programme is delivered through seven 60-90minute one-to-one sessions with me.
It will involve detailed discussions on the issues you are experiencing, a structured and realistic plan to help achieve your goals and the inclusion of resources and activities to help you move forward positively.
This is perfect for anyone who is building up to an occasion or event, such as a wedding, and wants to build their confidence in advance to make sure they are able to enjoy the experience as much as possible.
Over three or six months (depending which suits you best) we have fortnightly one-to-one calls, with full access to me for advice, guidance and support in between times - we'll be working on banishing the your insecurities, building your confidence and working through any issues or concerns that you feel could hold you back from enjoying your future.
