YOUR BOCO LIVE MONTHLY CHALLENGE - MAY 2019
Let's all take a moment each day this month to remind ourselves that we ARE worth it, we ARE good enough and we CAN do it!!
Step 1 - Think of either A) your favourite positive affirmation that inspires you and makes you feel good ie 'Today is a new day and it's going to be a good one' or B) a sentence that describes something positive you think about yourself ie 'I am strong' / 'I am a good person and I deserve good things'
Step 2 - Write your chosen saying down and stick it up somewhere prominent....like on the mirror you use to get ready each morning....just somewhere you can't fail to see it......
Step 3 - Say it to yourself three times every morning for a month.
Step 4 - Start to believe it and celebrate a) yourself and b) every day
