YOUR BOCO LIVE MONTHLY CHALLENGE - OCTOBER
Let's all take a moment this month to focus on the parts of our body that we feel less fond of, and that we are less kind about. And let's work towards thinking differently about those parts of our body and showing them love instead of negativity.
Step 1 - Think of either one part of your body that you are not a fan of, or that you wouldn't say you're particularly fond of. It could be an internal or external body part.
Step 2 - Imagine that body part has feelings and could hear everything you think and say about it.
Step 3 - Think about the positive things that body part does for you every single day....list three reasons why you are grateful to have it.
Step 4 - Write a letter to that body part, again imagining that it has feelings, in which you explain how you feel about it and why, At the same time, the letter overall should aim to be as kind as possible and focus on trying to be positive and not upset its feelings with the things that you say.
This will help you think about this body part in a different, more appreciative and positive way!
