Together we'll spend 2 weeks working through and overcoming the eating habits that are causing you to feel unhappy and negative.
At the end of the 14 days you will have a clear plan for improving your food choices and you'll have the tools you need to make long-term changes....in fact, you'll already have started!
How it works:
Week 1 - we have one 60-90minute session to identify your main objective and what you want to achieve, and out of that session will come our plan. The plan will focus on introducing activities and practical ways that you can address the eating habits that you want to change, and move towards your desired goals.
We'll have two further 20minute check-in sessions during the rest of week 1 to talk through how you're getting on, provide support, and look at what is working best.
Week 2 - we have an initial 30min session to introduce new elements, make changes where needed and start to work through additional areas that you have identified as being problematic. We then have two further 20minute check-in sessions in week 2 to support you as you introduce your new habits.
All sessions are on a one-to-one basis via video call. This allows me to provide you with maximum, and fully personalised support.
Cost and timescale
The first round of the course starts on Monday 12 October and runs for 2 weeks. Spaces are limited so if you are interested, sign up quickly.
